Em 25 de janeiro de 2021, a população de Brumadinho, Minas Gerais, foi informada sobre o trem da mineradora VALE não operar em respeito ao dia em que se completavam dois anos de um dos maiores crimes socioambientais da história do país. Mas o trem passou (e carregado).
At 2021 January 25th, the people from Brumadinho (Minas Gerais, Brazil), were noticed that the train owned by the mining company VALE would not operate in order to pay respect to the day which marks the passing by of two years since took place one of the greatest social and environmental crimes in Brazilian history. But the train came (loaded).
Familiares e amigos prestaram homenagens às 272 vítimas.
Relatives and friends rendered homage to the 272 victims.
A carreata organizada como protesto ocupou as ruas da cidade com buzinaço e barulhos intensos – assim foi lembrado o dia em que a sirene de alerta não tocou.
A parade was made as a protest and it took over the streets of the city with intense noise (so, the day when warning sirens did not work was remembered).
